Guys you were touching on some good ideas for stemming Toronto violence. I suggest they open areas similar to dog parks, but instead have them as free fire zones where these assholes can have at it.
They can go into these zones knowing they can solve their issues with no fear of legal issues. We can make it gangbanger friendly with rap music, free parking for all the black Mercedes and a Popeyes right around the corner. We will see a gradual reduction in violence and welfare claims, although we may see a reduction in the sales of spinner rims.
